Stephen Robert Nesta Marley, is the son of reggae legend Bob Marley, a Jamaican-American musician, and an eight-time Grammy Award winner. Marley established Kaya Fest, a music festival honoring Bob Marley, to spread the message of  “Education Before Recreation.”

The goal of the two day music and awareness festival is to educate consumers on how to be responsible cannabis users.
