Jennifer Seminoff is the Senior Accountant with ESSI and works closely with clients within the cannabis industry in the Oklahoma, Sacramento, and Colorado markets, establishing financial reporting and processing systems. Managing a full-cycle accounting department, she focuses on multiple operations, including cultivation, wholesale market distribution, and end-users.

Jennifer has analyzed transactions and expenses, saving companies tremendous amounts of money in tax liability payments, maximizing deductions in compliance with IRC Section 280E. Jennifer’s 20 years of experience includes performing audits for a national CPA accounting firm and leading teams in the private sector as Controller and CFO.

Jennifer holds a Master’s of Education.
